1998:

Magic Kingdom parade, Lion King float:

Magic Kingdom Parade, Little Mermaid float:
(It was the regular parade, despite the Christmas decorations)

If . . . you . . . have no walls and you know it, clap your hands!

I BELIEVE this character is retired, I haven't seen him or pictures of him since. This was in AK.

A small voice says . . . "Nobody here but us scarlet ibises!"
Discovery Island. I was literally the only guest on the island that day.

These are so much fun!

My first trip to WDW was when I was 20 in 2000 so seeing these pictures of what it used to look like is amazing.

everyone for sharing and I can't wait to see more!

My DD(8) can't believe how we dressed "back then"

It seems like in Don Pacho's pics from the 70s that there are a lot of adults around and not a ton of kids. Just found that interesting...

I have photos of me over the visits of the Fuente de la Fortuna (fountain in Adventureland) and on one of our visits, I saw they had placed plants in it. I guess the Fuente de la Fortuna's Fortuna ran out It was nice to see your photo with the water still running!
