Just wondering but when the resorts make all these edible decorations for xmas like the chocolate carousel at BWI, the ginger bread houses in GF, etc what do they do with it after the holidays? Do guest get to eat them or do they just throw them out? What?

Wow thats beautiful! I wouldnt mind having that in my home either! Dont like that color though. I would want a wooden one, like cherry wood, but one that looks like that cabinet.
