Best place to relax between DHS and Epcot

Do you have a favorite resort or area that you like to take a break between parks? My wife and I will have one day during our trip next month where we plan to hit HS for rope drop, have lunch, and then go to Epcot in the evening. We'll probably have 2-3 hours in between to chill out and recharge.

We're staying at AKL and from what I've read about the buses there, it doesn't sound like it's a good use of our time to go all the way back to our resort for a break. Is there somewhere else that would be a good place to grab a drink, explore, or just have some time away from the crowds of memorial day weekend? It's hard to tell from the map which resorts might be easy to get to from both parks...

Its quite easy to walk from HS to epcot..... and you pass the boardwalk, Swan & Dolphin, and Yacht &Beach club! Lots of nice amd quiet places to relax...
