My niece Robin has signed up to the Boston Breast Cancer 3 day walk in August. This is the second time she's doing it, and she is determined to finish all 60 miles of the walk! Let me also say that although there is no good research data on lesbian populations post-50, there does appear to be a higher risk of breast cancer among lesbians because of the increased incidence of certain risk factors among lesbians.
