Does anyone know...

Where I would have seen a wonderfully written letter written to send to the school for a time off request? I am SO mad because I really thought I saved it! It was quite cleverly written about the education aspects of a Disney trip ect, and was okay'd to use by the original writer. Anyone???

I really dont think it matters how you word your notification to the school. Send it in a timly fashion, so you can collect work to bring. Otherwise, teachers are either really against missing school for vacation or they don't care. And no letter, no matter how eloquent is going to sway someone who is against it.
