Question Need Recipe Help

My husband had a "reality check" last week and the doctor told him he needs to lose 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Of course one way to help is exercising which he is doing. The other thing the doctor said was that he needed to follow a low fat diet ~ his cholesteral levels were not good! Can anyone suggest any recipes or websites with recipes for low fat meals? I'm a Southern girl at heart and need to learn how to make some delicious meals without all the butter and oil. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give!

Don't like circle cutters. I am bad with them...as you notice all my pictures are square!

Go to Allrecipes.com and you could probably pull up some low fat ones. It's the best recipe site out there! Stick to things like chicken, pork, fish. My DH did better on low carb diet. It has more fat, but he lost weight faster and the meals are more filling. Even with more fat, his cholesterol improved.
