Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa has a pirate ship at their pool. It's next to the LBV Outlets. It's only 2 or 3 years old. You can rent privately or from the resort I think.

Take a look at the photo gallery and see if it's the one you mean.

The Marriott timeshare resort Harbor Lake (formerly Horizons) has a Pirate ship in one of their pools. The entire resort is Pirate themed. It is a great place, water park, big slide pool, zero entry pools, lots of activities.

If you post a pic of it I can tell you if it's Harbour Lakes (Marriott)

We stayed at the marriott harbor lake a couple of years ago.We loved it.It was exteremly kid friendly.Lots of activiy all day.Fun staff. It does have a pirate ship in one of the pools and a slide in the other.
If you have kids they will be happy here and may not want to leave pool area.

I highly reccomend it.
At the time they had a deal buy a pirate cup and get free ice cream .
I forget the cost of the cup but it was no too much.

The resort ground and room were very nice.
