I booked in February and just got a pin last week.

So after reading all the posts about people calling and finding a pin attatched to their names I finally called. I have a silly phobia of talking on the phone so this was kinda a big deal for me! I was told that because I booked with a TA they are contractually obligated to only give info to my TA. Is this true or should I call back?

I called Disney they told me I had a pin number and to have my TA call them. The guy I talked to said that if the TA could not get I could call back and they would give it to me.

Call back and just ask to check for a pin in your name - don't give them the res number. They'll be able to look up your profile information and see if there is a pin code. From that point you'll have to call your TA. Res info though they are correct - they won't speak to you about that. Just don't mention the res.

Question may have already been asked..... What are the chances of them offering free dining to public for oct nov dec? Are the pins our only chance? I know most cast members are saying September is it for public FD. What's your opinion?

I was told the same thing -that they would only give that info to my TA, but my TA told me that they can look it up with my address or email address.

She also said I'd get an email or post card, but from what I've read here, there are a lot of people who got a PIN who didn't receive either

People get PINs all the time when they are already booked. Public releases for Oct-Dec dates historically are released in July, sometimes August.

OT, but I just wanted to say I have the same phobia. It is such a hardship cause nobody understands it. I am slowly overcoming it, but I take deep breaths before making or answering a phone call

They will only give information about the Res to a TA, but if you give them your personal info and not the res they can look up your profile instead of going through your reservation.
