We just got back (today) from the 5 day double dip Christmas cruise on the Disney Dream. I am prone to motion sickness (my husband often says if the wind blows too hard I get motion sickness...lol) I always use sea bands. I LOVE them. I use them when I get ear infections or my vertigo acts up. They are drug free and have NO side effects. You can buy them at drug stores such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid. They sell for about $11 a pair but can be worn forever (I have 1 pair that I have been using off and on for 5 years).

Ship level?

Does it help to be inside or oceanview? Upper decks or lower decks? My wife gets motion sick fairly easy and want to make it as easy as possible.

Typically ocean view helps and the rules say lower decks middle of the ship. Def bothers me more at dinner where I have no window or at bedtime.
