Grauman Theater
I bought Living Social passes to see the show inside--but is it worth it? Has anybody seen the show? Should we just stick with exploring the outside area? I need advise from those in-the-know!

There isn't a "show". This is a real, working movie theater that is showing a current movie. There is a walking tour, is that what you're asking about?

Yes, that is what I am asking about. Did you ever do the tour? What is it a tour of? Is it worth doing?

Last month, we went on the guided tour of Grauman's Chinese Theatre (we received free tickets).
I would recommend it only to a serious movie buff. Lots of obscure movie trivia, such as which movie premiered at that theatre in 19xx, who walked the red carpet, who designed the gowns they wore, and how many hours it too to stitch the sequins. Yep, made my day. Woody |
