Question Flat rate Taxi SNA to Fairfield Inn

How do I secure a flat rate and how much should it be now? I have seen anywhere from 35-45 pre-tip listed on the boards. I think this will be cheaper for my family of 4 than shuttle and quicker.

I kind of wonder if it is because of a certain expectation
I'd say go for it!

I may be wrong, but I think you can only get the flat rate on the way back to the airport, by getting a voucher from whichever hotel you're staying at.

As of November 1, 2012, it was $40 from SNA to the disneyland resort area. We stayed at the Del Sol. That was the flat rate. Just be sure to ask for the flat rate when you ask for the taxi and remind your driver when you get in the car as well.

With any cab, always ask for the flat rate and have an idea what it maybe so you do not get overcharged.
