Preferred Site Available - The DIS Discussion Forums

Well after planning for over a year for our first Christmas trip to Disney and the Fort we are now all but certain we'll have to cancel our trip for next week. Our handicapped DD has been hospitalized with pneumonia in the ICU. We were hoping for a quick recovery and were told today she is now being kept until Monday. That would only give us 5 days to get her and everything else ready to go. Just don't think it's wise to risk such an expensive trip just to set her back.

We have a preferred site reserved for Dec 2-9. Which is the 100-200 loops. If anyone needs the site and I can somehow release it to them let me know. I will make a final decision later in the week.

I'm so sorry for your trouble, but your post title made me laugh. It says "preferred sire" available. Makes me think you're offering more than a campsite here.

I really am sorry for your DD and hope she makes a speedy recovery.

Yes I saw that. but I cant figure out how to correct it. Guess I will delete and try again

Hit edit and then go advanced, then you can edit the title.

Very nice to let people know about the site. Halloween will be great fun next year.

I will be cancelling our reservation for Dec 1 to 26 shortly. It is for a Full Hook-up site..

Will be having surgery and unsure how long recovery will be... Looking forward to next year

Its official. Tonight I rescheduled our trip to Halloween week. Now looking forward to our first Fort Trick or treat trip.
