justfab.com? anyone order from here?
Came across this site when searching for some riding boots. Just wondering if anyone has experience ordering from them, and quality for the price. Thanks!

I was going to until I read the section about how their site works. There was something about having to join a buying club with monthly charges if you want the cheap advertised price. And if you didn't join the club you had to pay the more expensive prices for the shoes. I didn't end up shopping with them.

I have belonged for about 7 months and think they are great. When I first joined got my first pair half price, and have only purchased 1 other time when the had the b1g1 sale. It is not really a club, you do not have to order every month. They will send you an email with your selections and all you have to do is decline your selections. Email comes the first of the month and you have till the 5th to go into your account and decline that month. I have never had any probs and have loved the shoes I gotten from them.

I just signed up with them last night, because my DD wanted a pair a shoes from there for Christmas. I really did not want to do it because of the club thing. My DH says just cancel the membership after you order the shoes.
Ok, so I go to purchase the shoes and they say out of stock after I hit purchase. Now 'm thinking, OK, the purchase didn't go through so I don't belong to the membership, WRONG. Within an hr I had my first email with the pick of then month, to purchase or decline, WHAT! I was so mad, I skipped the month and called to cancel the membership, One hour I was on hold and no one ever answered the call. I was getting madder by the minute. I finally found a cancel membership button on the website, I clicked on it. Don't know if it worked. I haven't called yet to see. But, I just received an email saying I left something in my cart come and buy it. I can't get my credit card off their site or any of my information. I will be trying to call them again and I hope I get through this time. |
