Special needs requests?
Hi. I was just wondering if I should send an email to MS about a trip we have coming up in April at BLT. I made a couple of simple requests but circumstances have changed again and explaining everything by phone is complicated and draining. We have two special needs children and for all our safety I feel like putting the needs for them in writing might make me feel a little better. BLT is our home resort but I'm just making sure the email should go to MS and not somewhere else.

It depends on what their needs are. MS can help with some, there is another group at Disney who deals with others. Have you checked out the disABILITIES board here on the DIS?
