WDW in November......crowds??

We are planning our 2nd WDW vacation this November (first week of November), I was wondering how the crowds are??

Our last trip was in late July/early August and it was just too hot and crowded. So after much thought we decided the first week in November fits our schedules best.

Anybodys November experience would be great to hear!!

Jersey Week

We've been going the 1st week of November for the past few years. It's known as "Jersey Week" because a lot of kids have off all or part of the week due to election day and a state teacher's convention. I'm from NJ.

I don't find it busy at all- especially early in the week. The later part of the week does tend to get busier due to Veteran's Day. Wait times aren't too bad.

I LOVE it! You catch the tail end of the food and wine festival. You watch the decorations change from Halloween to Christmas seemingly overnight. And the weather is wonderful. It can really range though-- the beginning of the week might be warm (sweatshirt at night) and it gets cooler through the week.

Jersey Week doesn't really mean more higher crowds... it just means that most of the people in the parks are from NJ.

November trip

Keep it a secret....
November is a wonderfull time to go, crowds are low and the weather is great. At least it has been for us to best time to plan vacation. We have chosen Nov for the last 4 WDW trips.
I agree with the above posts, sometimes you catch a little Halloween and enjoy the start of the Christmas decorations. Remember though... early Nov might leave you wishing you went just a little later in the month so you could see full blown Christmas decor. It is oh so beautiful!!
Wishing you the best time.

We went the first full week of November in 2010. It was a great week as far as crowds. We got to see the daily changes from the Halloween to Christmas decorations and we got to experience the Osborne Lights at HS (wonderful!). The weather was random. One day it was warm enough for the kids to swim and the next afternoon we all had on sweatshirts and the gloves we had brought, so be prepared for that! There were busy spells here or there but nothing bad. You will enjoy it!
