Are condos typically "noisy"?

I got quotes for TH at both WH and Crestwynd Bay. I also got quotes for condos at WBC and LBV. Crestwynd is def the cheapest. But I would love to stay somewhere that has a neat pool since we'll be spending a lot of time in it. However I don't want to stay somewhere that's going to be noisy...like hearing slamming doors, people walking above you, elevators, etc. Maybe I'm asking too much

We were at Westlake Town Center this past Oct/Nov and even though we saw people at the elevator and around the resort, once we were inside the condo, we never heard a single sound. Depending on which way you faced, our balcony overlooked pool 14, a courtyard, or the lake.
