DCA Soarin' seatbelt backwards?

I was listening to Soarin' track when I remembered something my dad pointed out on the last trip. Soarin' has seatbelts that go from the left and click in on the right. Every other ride that has a seatbelt in DL and DCA go from the right, and click in the left. Anyone know why Soarin' would be opposite?

Now that I think about it....

I believe grizzly run is also opposite? So, if this is true, then all the DL rides seatbelts are rt. to left and all DCA are left to rt.!
