The Worst Thing You Can Say To A WDW Character

There are a couple that I liked (the silent treatment and the cold water ones), but the comment about Ariel's age is the best .

My DD11's favorite character is Donald Duck and she lets him know it whenever she sees him. However, there have been times that she will be wearing a Mickey Mouse T-shirt while doing this, and it never fails...Donald always points to her shirt and waves his finger at it and explains how He is #1 not Mickey (of course in actions not words). She does explain to him that she will always love him and will always like Mickey, this always makes him feel better and she usually gets a hug out of it .

Love this thread, the worst thing I have done is not known the characters name, I got really excited to meet a raccoon for the first time but for the life of me I couldn't think of its name, it did not go down well.

When we were there a few weeks ago, my son's friend called Donald "Daffy" He was so embarrassed and that was one unhappy duck!

We went down before Christmas last year and I asked Mickey if he was getting Minnie a ring, that mouse flipped out on me! He kept trying to tell me not talk and did the finger slash across throat motion, admittedly I was laughing hysterically but I hadn't expected that kind of reaction.

Minnie acted pouty like she didn't like his reaction.

In AK last year we saw Goofy and then went to Dinoland to see Pluto. He was with Goofy and my DD said to me out loud "Goofy already signed my book" I replied, "That's ok Goofy is my favorite, he can sign twice." Well, Pluto put his hands on his hips and was not happy with me...LOL

My DH is kinda goofy for Goofy. A few years ago Goofy was doing a M&G for guests at our DL Paris resort. So he's standing beside the big guy and I'm getting ready to snap the photo and say "Big smile please, Goofy, and the same for the tall guy standing next to you" (DH is probably an easy 6 inches shorter than Goofy). Snap the photo and there is DH with a huge smile on his face and Goofy giving me a big thumbs up. Perfect!

A few years ago I decided to treat my whole family to breakfast in the Castle (parents, sister, and brother with his family). When Jasmine came to our table, my brother was suddenly like, oh I need a picture with her to show off at work!

Before I could stop him, he was out of his seat and practically hanging all over her while SIL (laughing) took a picture of them. He even said to her, "Hey baby, come here and get close to me."

Jasmine, to her credit, took it all very graciously and never missed a beat. But I was mortified and made a mental note to never let me brother near scantily clad princesses again.

I was very relieved, when later in the day, he opted not to join us for the fairies meet-n-greet. Don't even want to imagine how that one might have gone!
