Is this something you sign-up for on their site? Can it be done for an existing reservation?? I have a great rate from them, but never used them before--and REALLY do not want the hassle of the counter sales agent.

I didnt realize you can go right to the garage! please tell me how this works!! I thought you could just use the express line at the counter. do you have to check in online before you leave??
