No special area. You would just use your stateroom.

You can get a lot of info at the Disney brides section of the boards. And your coordinator will help with all the details.

You probably know that the legal wedding is held in port prior to sailing. The one during the cruise is for celebrating.

My daughter was married on Castaway Cay, and I've been to two other weddings in just the past two years...also several vow renewals.

You get ready in your own stateroom. They will have the rest of the wedding party meet in one of the lounges, and take everyone over to the wedding site (Usually by the Heads' Up Bar) by train, and then bring Mom, Dad, and the Bride over on a nice golf cart.

I was married on Castaway Cay in 2007 - we are headed back next month for our 5 year anniversary. There is no special room, only your state room. One suggestion I will make is talk to the photographer & make sure that when they take your photos at the ceremony etc that they try not to have background cast members in them. I was disappointed when I got my pictures and many of them had the extra cast members visible in the photos.

Best wishes!!!
