Are wheelchairs available at the onsite hotels and parks?

WC at the hotels are for use at the hotel only.

WC at the parks are available to rent.
The parks have limited electric ones but plenty of manual ones.

Yes, I think so wheel chairs are available. These days a lot of places offer them so I think they will provide it.
