Flaxseed Meal

Anyone else use a lot of flaxmeal? I add it to a bunch of things - oatmeal, stir it into my cold breakfast cereal, smoothies, yogurt - you get the idea. I have even made single-serving muffins out of it occasionally.

I normally purchase Bob's Red Mill organic golden ground flax, but this time around I found it cheaper at Costco, so I purchased what they had. On the bag, it shows how to substitute ground flax for eggs, margarine, and oil in recipes.

Has anyone tried using flaxmeal in place of eggs or oil in a recipe? Did you have good results? I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate (read: hide) this stuff in my diet, but I'm afraid my baked goods won't turn out the same.

Any experience, suggestions, or recipes welcome.
