I read a post about a dcl ship turning back to port for an emergency involving a small child. His mother said that the ship turned back because an airlift would cost approximately $30,000 and they could not afford it, nor did they have trip insurance. Disney made the call to arrive late at Castaway Cay late, much to the discontent of the disers who replied.
I only wonder if the patient will have to pay for the airlift? Anyone have information on this?
