I love couscous, warm or cold. I make a cold salad with it, adding spicy apricot chutney, diced red onion & cucumber, roasted red bell pepper, quartered olives, and maybe torn chicken or feta if I have some. I toss it with evoo, salt, fresh pepper and lemon juice, then stir in a handful of fresh cilantro leaves. My girls gobble it up (the boys? Not so much!)

Love, love, love the outdoor living space!
Thanks for telling us what those were !!! I thought they were so colorful and interesting that I was curious about them.

Tammy, I love your outdoor spaces !! They are awesome !!

I am so jealous of you and your lovely outdoor arrangements. Winter just lasts too darn long here to do that. Very pretty. And so is the other sitting area with the palms!
It's lasting too long here this year too. I am so ready for steady warm weather. We haven't used our outdoor spaces yet this year. We've been so busy with work and trying to do things around here. It's a mess.

Susan!!!! She knew!

I would probably enjoy it warm with the right stuff mixed in. The one at AKL made me gag though. I got up so fast and exchanged it for fries people thought Dash was in the building! I'd try it again, but this is one thing my husband doesn't make, well hasn't made for me.

Okay good you saw the post! They are pretty. I'd probably put earrings in them, lol.

Susan, come over and let's cook out!

Give Kids the World

Hey everyone. Sidney will be running for this event in January. They have a set goal to raise $3,000 for the Give Kids the World charity. If you could donate anything at all it's appreciated. I am also offering free photo shoots when people donate $50 or $100. I can do these at Disney World between 5/29-6/7 or at the end of August. You can find more information on my CNC page via FB.

My friend Candice and her family were recipients of GKTW and they had a wonderful experience. They go all out for these families when they come there. The pictures she posted had me crying for hours. It's such an amazing program and I am so proud of him for doing this. It's his birthday weekend and we had plans to go anyway. He wanted to do a 5K, but now he is doing the marathon instead.

Africa is now complete!

I love the way this place looks. rarely do you see people back here so it's a great place to take pictures! Or to just get away from the crowds and have nice outdoor lunch or drink.

I had to take some pics of my boys before heading out...

And my girl....

This is beautiful. Even when the weather is icky and gray outside the colors still shine through. Love it!

Well, there you go. I represented Africa. Now it's time to check out France.

Girl, I am having trouble getting on my own to update with all these trips going on. I have yet to research NYC and Atlantic City at all and that's NEXT WEEK!

I think I might be crazy planning so much stuff in the next few weeks.

Yes, whatever you do make sure you explore all of World Showcase this time. It only takes a second to walk through and some of the stuff is done so well. Even those movies @ WS are great to watch. My favorite is China. I really want to visit there when my kids get older.

Next up France! My Nikki wants to visit the real France so bad she can't stand it. If something has the Eiffel Tower on it, she wants it! I guess this will be her high school graduation trip.

I love Epcot's France too. They have yummy food here. It's been a while since we had lunch here. I remember having the grilled cheese with French onion soup and some yummy dessert. It was good, but not as good as the ones Sidney cooks for me. Oh man, now I want a grilled cheese and some French onion soup. I hope I'm not preggers at my old age. Yikes, but with all these cravings lately...who knows.

Yum, yum, yum if you can get some. Long lines take this place over more times than not. FYI The hot ham and cheese croissant is one snack credit here and it makes a meal! It's a big one. The creme brulee is yummy too.

Waiting for dad to get through the line...

This is what he came out with

and this...

Must have been good, huh? Sure was messy.

Happiness...

All stuffed and full of sugar

I love this picture! It's one of my favorites. I'll leave off here for tonight. PASS testing has everything crazed this week.

Hello everyone. I'm so sorry I haven't been around in many days. We actually bought some fun things over the past couple of weeks. A golf cart (not new, used for $1,400, which is a great price for the one we bought) and a camper! It is a 27ft 2000 Wilderness camper. My neighbor works at a camper lot and all they sell are the new ones. Well, he got this one in as a trade in and they let us have it for wholesale cost. ($1,500 + $75 sales tax...he threw the documents in for free) The camper is in great condition, BUT I hate camper decor. Sad part is, this camper is 13 years old and the ones sold brand new today still have the same look to 'em. Ew. So, ours is in the middle of a Mickey makeover. Buh bye icky light green and tan. Black, yellow, red, and white have taken over (or are about to) and we're super excited about it. I will share all of the pictures with ya'll as this project unfolds. I do have a little update ready to go. It's boring, forgive me please. It does have some cute pics in it. Okay, talk to ya'll soon.

Update:

Making our way around....

Canada time!

We have a few of these sweet fur babies at home.

Pretty...

Which do you like best?

SPOTTED!!!! MICKEY MOUSE POPCORN!!!

Not cheap at all but I have a plan for this next year! We're going to make it into a lantern.

How about a sweet story?

I couldn't resist taking pics of my boys crossing path with Duffy.

Back to the story

Where to next? What should we do?

Oh eM Gee !! I can't WAIT to see what your camper looks like when it is finished. So much fun !!

One of my dream vacations would be to get a camper and drive across America seeing the sights. Mount Rushmore, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, the Sequoias, Yellowstone ..... and then the cherry on top of the pie ...Disneyland !!

A camper all Disney decked out and a golf cart...sound like the Fort is in your future. Can't wait to see the pics of your camper after it's re-do!!!

I like the second photos best. The brighter look is better on my screen
