Yeah while i am from NJ and we have Disco Fries whihc is basically Brown Gravy and Melted Mozzerella Cheese over a pound of french fries from a Diner YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I have been to Montreal and have had poutine there and there is no comparison to LC. Do not try to compare the 2. That is like saying geez the pasta at Tutto is not like the type i had in Italy all be it very close and a better comparison than the poutine

We got it a few trips ago and although it was good I agree with my fellow Canadians; it was no original poutine.

So is there a recipe for this? While I still talk to my friends on FB, that company dissolved so it looks like I may never get an excuse to visit.
