You MUST come back after your trip and post how everything goes! I think all your other questions have been answered, have a wonderful & magical trip. I'm sure it will be very special and romantic
Actually when I called to make my ADR's they gave me a number to call to make ummm extra plans for dinner at CRT. Sadly I work nights at the hospital here and every time I've called I've always got a voice mail. I'm off the next 3 nights so I'm going to try and get it done during this mini break.

You've got plenty of time to add the extra plans. Everything will be beautiful and I wish you the very best

Your girlfriend is a lucky gal! Blessings

Thank you for all of your help. I got an email today about the engagement package at CRT. I'm kind of confused about it because the price they have has dinner included but if we're eating there already I'm sure they'd lower the price some. If not that 4 meals for the 2 of us. Yes I'm kidding about that. But the quote they gave me is $350. Not HORRIBLE I suppose, then again I'm sure it'd be cheaper since we don't need the food. Plus how many people can say they've been proposed with a glass slipper?

Hi- looks like you have have great plans and lots of help so far! Just wanted to chime in because your trip looks a lot like mine did last year. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that you'll be there during Food and Wine. We chose to do the Deluxe Dining and kept Parkhoppers as well (and stayed at Coronado). I totally agree with what people have said about trying to eat breakfasts or lunches in the parks you are in.

We ended up using our parkhoppers everyday, usually in the afternoon, to head back to Epcot to spend more time at the Food and Wine Festival. On the deluxe plan, remember that you also get 2 snack credits per day and using them at the booths is usually a great value for your money!

Sadly we decided that we don't need our park hopper passes. Granted I didn't even think about the snacks at F&W. I do think we'll be too busy though to go back and forth. With that said, what can you use the snacks on at F&W?

I think you'll be fine without the Park Hoppers. On our 10 day trip, we only used them maybe twice.
Most of the stuff in the kiosks at F&W can be obtained for a snack credit. The general rule of thumb is anything under $4, but it does vary a bit either way.

Keep in mind that you can use all your credits in the same day if you want. You're not limited to 3 TS and 2 Snacks per day. Only the total amount per trip.

Keep in mind CRT requires 2 dining credits each per person using the dining plan. If some of the wording in the email was about 4 credits, it's not for 4 meals but for 2 meals using 2 dining table service credits per person.

I am not at all familiar with an engagement package but I would recommend you call them back about the email. Explain to them you are confused about the email because you are on the dining plan and want to clarify the charges.

And for the record, I don't think too many people could say they were proposed to in Cinderella's castle with a glass slipper oh my gosh, how are you ever going to keep this secret until Oct?????? I'm excited for your girlfriend, she is going to flip

P.S. I would NOT share your DISboards name with family & friends if mums the word.....just saying, it's going to be a hard secret to keep - lol

I actually didn't know that at all. Thank you. I'm sure we won't use them on on certain days. Plus only being there half a day on our first and last day will save some up. That's a great idea to use them at F&W

Sadly she does check this board, I just don't think it's too often. We have both been busy this last week or so I think we will be ok. Plus she doesn't know my user now on here, but well she's smart she could figure it out :P I'm not worried though.

Calling them is important with this, sadly EVERY time I've called I just get an automated system. Needless to say, it's annoying.
