port Orleans riverside vs Buena vista suites
We will be going to Disney over July 4 I have reservations at port Orleans riverside and Buena vista suites I'm trying to decide what hotel is the best we don't qualify for a meal plan because we have group plan through my daughter's dance team we do have to meet at port Orleans three times that we are There at a specific time for work shops plus downtown Disney one afternoon for her to perform I have never been to Disney so any advice anyone has would be great

Port Orleans would be my choice for sure! Convenient to your plans and full of Disney magic! You can take the boat to Downtown Disney for your daughter's performance, relax at the wonderfully themed resort and take part in resort activities like evening outdoor movies.

I would say stay on site! It will be so much more convenient but in addition the service at Disney is just outstanding.

Definately POR, for convenience. Plus, the rooms are gorgeous and spacious (there was only 2 of us though!) and the cast members are so lovely.

POR hands down! It's beautiful. The landscaping is lovely, we enjoy strolling along the river path. Pretty pool area. Boat to DTD, evening entertainment in the lounge, family themed. Easy to get to the parks using Disney transportation. No need for car rental, free airport service.
