Hahaha DH said my stroller looks like a DOOM buggy!
We're expecting #4 this summer and I needed a lightweight double stroller for Disneyland (we try to go yearly). Because We'll be taking a 3 month old this year, I needed something that reclined completely, had a nice LARGE sunshade and a big basket.
And my new stroller fits the bill PERFECTLY. Yes, it's a side by side, but I'm careful not to run into people. It only weighs 22 pounds, so if we need to take a tram, it folds SUPER easy. But the hood makes me laugh because DH says it looks like a Doom buggy. ![]() Here's more info: http://www.valcobaby.com/products/st...snap-dual.html I also have the snap single, we took it in November and it was PERFECT. I know Baby Jogger City Mini's are recommended here all the time (as are the doubles) but the footprint on the snap/snap dual is smaller than the mini's AND the snaps are several pounds lighter and the basket is easier to access. Just thought I'd throw that out there unless anyone else obsesses about every detail of their trips, including the "perfect" Disney stroller... |

So cute! For Halloween, I'd be tempted to dress them like Haunted Mansion CMs.

I think the City Mini's are more popular because they hold a higher weight limit at 55 lbs.

yeah, I don't know why the valco has a lower weight limit. My 9 year old jumped in and it still pushes great LOL! (He was playing with the 2 year old when I put the included rain cover on to see how it fit and they were pretending it was raining) |

Yes, the fold was great (I used to have both the single and the double) but it didn't lock closed!

As far as weight limits, they really don't have too much Bearing on a strollers performance. If you can push a kid in and it pushes well then certainly use it! Even if they are a bit over the weight 'limits'. From what I've researched in regards to stroller weight limits it seems they are pretty much there are a guideline. now there's the extreme case in which my husband sat in a Disney stroller last year. I was able to push it but it wasn't easy! Lol. Car seat weight limits are totally different though.
