I'm sorry you weren't awed. I've never had luke warm food there. And I am sad that there were others making your experience less than perfect.
DL69, how long ago were you there? I know the manager there currently is really great, adn I have never felt like he was trying to move us out early. |

It was busy when DD16 and I were there as well, but the service was perfect (never had an empty glass of water, napkins folded immediately upon getting up for more food from the buffet, our waiter was there in a second if he thought we might need something) and the food was the perfect temp for eating. They didn't have pins or ears or anything good when we were there either.

I'm so sorry to hear that the experience wasn't what you had hoped for. I wonder if that has to do with the time of year. When the members we know made our reservation, it seemed to be no problem. The Club did not seem overly busy and the food was perfect.
But when I was talking to them later about the holidays, they said that the reservations book up much further in advance then. Maybe the club is overbooking a little during this time of year so more people can dine there during the holidays ![]() It sounds like the rest of your trip has gone great though. I can't wait to hear about 1901.

I've been a few times and have had incredible service and great food. When we went last year the day after Christmas, they had regular Club 33 ears and Club 33 ears with snowflakes. Bought a pair of each. :-)
