HS characters infront of hat

My daughter wants to get photos of all the characters at HS in the morning. It looks like there are 5 sets of characters by the hat. Any idea how long it will take to get all 5 sets of photos? I am estimating two hours just wondering if anyone else has tried this? My daughter is a big scrapbooker and last year we were in line but it ended about three people before us. She was very disappointed because Donald and Daisy had really cool outfits. This year those photos are our number one HS priority. Any pointers would be great.
