Food and Wine fest - Gluten Free?

I just got the menu for the various countries for the F & w festival. I don't see any gluten free options at all!! Does anyone know if they are doing this?

There are too many opportunities for cross contamination that they are not risking a menu like that.

I actually found a really great blog that discusses this. She went around the "world" talking to the different chefs and staff at each booth. Here's the link: mousecation.com/site/2013/09/28/soy-and-gluten-free-booths-at-epcots-food-and-wine-festival/

Hope this helps! I'm a fellow Celiac so I'm right there with you!

Excellent, thank you. I didn't think they wouldn't have anything gluten free ... disney is not like that.
