Animal Kingdom Lodge Room Layouts

I would be interested in staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for our upcoming trip in June 2012. I've been checking out some of the room layouts and am a bit confused. Some sites are showing different room layouts. What I would need would be 2 queens and a daybed or 1 queen or king with a set of bunkbeds and a daybed. It would be for myself, husband, 6 year old, 5 year old and 2 year old. Has anyone stayed in a room with those options?

I guess our back up would be the All Star Music Family Suites to hold all of us. When I priced out the All Star Music Family Suite and Animal Kingdom Lodge for that particular season, it wasn't to much more to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I would also love to stay at the Poly but there is somewhat of a budget I need to stay with.

Thanks for your advice.

Daybeds only come in king rooms at AKL, which would only be the king bed and daybed, no bunkbeds. The other rooms have 2 queens or 1 queen and bunk beds, but no daybed. The other deluxes have daybeds with the CR and Poly having them in every room, and the GF and BC (not sure about YC and BWI) having them in some rooms but not all.

Thank you! I guess I will have to save some more money for the Poly.

You're welcome . The Poly is our favorite resort and if that is doable for you, I think you will love it . The rooms are very spacious and having the daybed is a plus . There are only 4 of us, but we love the extra space compared to the WL and AKL, as those rooms are quite a bit smaller. Good luck and happy planning .
