Prebooking spa appointments

For my upcoming cruise am I better off prebooking for Senses treatments or waiting for any onboard special? We're interested in a couples massage and possibly a facial for myself. Are there usually good deals onboard?

If you don't have plans while in port, there are usually in port specials that are better to book onboard. Not sure about the couple's massage, sorry.

I would wait until you board. Also if there is a special early on the cruise that you can't make the day they offer it, just save the navigator that lists it and take it a different day, they'll let you use it at a later time.

Thanks for the advice! I'm thinking I'll book the massage ahead of time as that seems like a service that will book up quickly and then wait to see what offers they have onboard for anything else. Thanks again!

From memory, there are limited dedicated rooms for couple massages. These rooms book quickly and therefore no specials on board for a couples massage. It may be different when ship is not fully booked, but I sailed during a busy time.

I never use the word deal and the spas on board, even on sea days. I still go though. It seems that most of the massage appts. get booked way early or are held back when I try to book pre cruise. We're Gold CC now so maybe my luck there will change. This past March I was able to get an on board couple massage pre booked though but agree, those rooms are few. There are also the couples massages on CC you could try for as well.
