We ate there for dinner last december. I was not impressed at all. I know a lot of people love it but we will not be returning. The food was just ok and the service was horrible.

Went about a month ago, had an ADR, got seated about 15 after. Server was terrible and slow. Drinking glass sat empty for about 15 minutes before it was filled. food arrived cold and it took forever to get to us

You gotta be original because if you're like someone else, what do they need you for?

We really like it

My daughter LOVES it. I think the Fantasmic package is an amazing deal (esp on the dining plan) because you get an appetizer with your meal AND the seating for Fantasmic! We always do the F! Mama Melrose package on our trips

We had free dining last November and decided to try Mama Melrose. I had the Chicken Campanelle. While it was good it was nothing to write home about. To me it was on par with Olive Garden. I would not put this on my list to do again.

It is a must on our vacations. We have done the Fantasmic Package each time and it is a great value if you have the Dining Plan since it also includes an appetizer. We have always enjoyed our meals there. We took our daughter there when she was 10. She has now turned 23 and will graduate from college in the fall. We are planning a celebratory WDW trip during Free Dining and the first thing she asked for was Mama Melrose's and Be Our Guest. Since they have moved the reserved section to the middle, I think it is a great value.

We thought it was kind of mediocre overall. I got the chicken parm and it was fine but our service was average to a little below average. The atmosphere is decent but we probably won't be going back any time soon. I know some really like it but it just wasn't to be for us.
