Day 12 (4/17)

Man! I feel like I finally have time to catch up! Not too much time since I just got home from work at 6:15pm and I have to leave for yoga at 7:30pm but finally a little breather where I can check in! I love my new job so far. Right now it's a lot of reading because I have to study for the license portion, but I am in love with everything about it!

As for exercising I am keeping up with it and I am proud! I am going to yoga again tonight and since I have the weekends off for the next 7 weeks, I am going to go on Saturday as well! I was happy to see 185 on the scale yesterday, I am still not convinced that ours works so I may pick one up this weekend, but I will take a loss!


Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Bagel w/ Cream Cheese, Coffee w/cream
Lunch: Starkist Tuna to go pack
Dinner: Chicken patty on ciabata bun w/ a few BBQ chips
Snacks: 4 carrots, 1 cube of colby jack cheese, and 1 slice of salami, w/ a very small amount of ranch
Drinks: Diet coke and lots of water, beer

Ended the day at 1,238 calories and 52 remaining


Exercise:
60 minutes of power yoga!

Day 13 4/18 and Day 14 4/19

4/18 Menu!
Breakfast: Pancake and sausage on a stick
Lunch: 1 cup of chicken noodle soup and some slice turkey w/ bbq sauce
Dinner: Pizza
Snacks: Cherry Jello, Kettle Chips
Drinks: Water, Coffee, Diet Mountain Dew, and 1 beer

Ended the day 1493 cal consumed over goal by 203 calories.


Exercise:
None for today

Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Premium Grilled Chicken Club w/a few fries
Dinner: 4 wonton tacos from Applebee's
Snacks: 6 brown rice triscuits, 2 small chocolate chip cookies
Drinks: Lots of water, diet coke, two pints of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy


Exercise:
60 minutes of power yoga. Ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile!


Ended the day with 1,288 consumed with 2 calories left.

I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow, my scale is just annoying me like crazy, but hopefully I will have lost some weight this week!

4/20 and 4/21

Sunday's Menu!
Breakfast:None
Lunch: Crunchwrap Supreme
Dinner: Cheeseburger and lots of fries!
Snacks: None
Drinks: Water, and unfortunately a lot of wine and beer!

Today was definitely a cheat day, I ended up netting at 1,873 calories so I was over 583.


Exercise: Nada.

Today's Menu:
Breakfast: Banana and coffee w/splenda
Lunch: 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and a few slices of turkey breast
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snacks: Grande non-fat no whip White Chocolate Mocha Frap, 2 rice cakes
Drinks: Lots of water and 1 bottle of diet pepsi

Ended the day at 1,286 calories w/4 remaining


Exercise:
Ran 1 mile

Breakfast: Banana and coffee w/splenda
Lunch: 1/2 a grilled chicken filet and a side salad w/ 1/2 a pack of fat free honey mustard dressing
Dinner: Small pad thai w/ tofu from Noodles and Company
Snacks: Rice cakes and lite and fit yogurt, cocoa puffs w/milk, a few puffy cheese balls
Drinks: Lots of water and Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Coke

Ended the day at 1,194 calories with 96 remaining.


Exercise:
20 minute uphill/downhill run and 10 minute walk

Wednesday's Menu!
Breakfast: Banana and 1/2 asiago cheese bagel w/ honey walnut spread and coffee
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup w/a small piece of bread
Dinner: Half a pork tenderloin sandwich with a very small portion of fries
Snacks: Pretzel Sticks
Drinks: 4 ounces of red wine and a bottle of beer

Net 1,290 calories (broke even!)


Exercise:
Ran for 15 minutes at 5.0 pace

Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Coffee w/ cream and splenda
Lunch: Mcdouble w/bacon and only ketchup with a small portion of fries
Dinner: Sausage Pizza
Drinks: Cranberry vodka and lots of water and diet coke
Snacks: Cashews

Exercise:
Rest day!

Ended the day at 1,460 calories, over by 170

I am going to get a BRAND NEW scale tomorrow to compare with the one I have. According to my scale I have gained weight which seems a little cray cray. I will compare the two and hope ours is wrong, but if it's not it doesn't matter because I can feel my body changing and getting stronger.

Thoughts: HAPPY FRIDAY
I did end up buying the new scale and it turns out that ours may be right. I have only compared them twice but the first time I got on they both read the same, the second time I weight the new one said I weighed more than my current one I am going to try again tomorrow morning to see, and I'll probably be taking back the new one. I also decided since it appears that my weight hasn't really moved in 3 weeks like MFP is predicting, I decided to up my calories intake to 1500 because maybe I am not getting enough. (Plus it's more comfortable. I want to stay around 1300-1400 at most, but at least I won't feel so guilty for going over.


Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Grande White Chocolate Mocha Frap non-fat no whip
Lunch: Grilled chicken w/lettuce, tomato, a little bit of cheese, black olives and sour cream, with some tortilla pieces
Dinner: 10 homemade chicken nuggets w/ 10 trader tots w/ ketchup
Drinks: Water and diet coke, applejuice, 1 beer
Snacks: Kettle Chips

Total calorie intake: 1,320 calories


Exercise:
Walked/Ran two miles for 25 minutes burned 250 calories

I am so happy that I FINALLY saw some progress on the scale this morning! 183.6 lbs! I am down 4 lbs since I started 3 weeks ago! If I keep losing a pound a week I will down to around 175 for my boyfriend's brother's wedding and I will be down to my goal weight by our Fall Disney World trip!

Today's Menu
Breakfast: Nothing (slept in till 11:30 )
Lunch: 12 count grilled nuggets w/ a medium cup of fruit
Dinner: Taco salad w/ground beef, lettuce, jalapeños, sour cream, a little bit of cheese, black olives, and 1/2 shell
Snacks: Chamomile Tea, 3/4 of a crunchwrap supreme
Drinks: Water and Diet Coke

Ended the day at 1,559 calories over by 29


Exercise:
Rest Day

I am so proud of exercising 4 days this week!

Drinks: beer, diet coke, water

Happy Monday!
It's the start of another week, and I only have 4 more days till the weekend! Good way to look at it right?!

Today's Menu:
Breakfast: Coffee w/creamer and splenda
Lunch: Quinoa w/ veggies
Dinner: Pepper jack and bacon on ciabatta rolls
Snacks: 3 raw broccoli, 5 grape tomatos, and 3 cucumbers w/ a little ranch dressing
Drinks: Lots of water and diet coke
1460 net, 70 calories left over


Exercise:
Ran/Walked 30 minutes on treadmill.

Tuesday down, only 3 more days till the weekend! My boyfriend and I went to see The Other Woman (just so-so) after I got off work so no exercise time today but tomorrow definitely!

Today's Menu!
Breakfast: 1/2 a grilled chicken wrap w/lettuce
Lunch: Naked burrito with rice, beans, pork, lettuce, sour cream and a little cheese
Dinner: Small grilled chicken salad w/ berry vinaigrette
Drinks: Diet coke and water
Snacks: 6 twizzlers, and some chocolate

1,477 calories consumed and 53 left over

None

Yes! I really love the books (except for the ending of the last one ) But the movie definitely inspired me to get in better shape again!

Wednesday's Menu!
Breakfast: Coffee w/ Splenda and Skim Milk
Lunch: Tuna pack w/crackers and apple slices
Dinner: Double Cheeseburger and Fries
Snacks: handfull of grapes and cubed cheese
Drinks: We went out with my new coworkers and I had like 6 drinks so I definitely over did it on my calorie intake for today, but it was a blast!!
Had like 2,000 calories today


Exercise:
None.


First day of May Menu!!
Breakfast: Coffee w/ creamer and Splenda, a nutrigrain bar
Lunch: Quinoa w/ veggies
Dinner: Homecooked chicken nuggets w/ tater tots and ketchup
Snacks: Small peanut butter cup and vanilla iced coffee
Drinks: Water and diet coke
Net 1,336 calories w/ 254 remaining!


Exercise:
20 minute run and 10 minute walk

5/2 and 5/3

Happy Weekend! So happy to have some time to breath, relax and just enjoy life! Yesterday night, DBF and I went to a brewery to celebrate the anniversary of our favorite beer and we had a lot of fun. We went straight there after work, and by the time we came home we pretty much went straight to bed. We each had two beers so I definitely went over my calorie limit. That combined with the fact that Aunt Flow decided to check in for a few days, my weight will probably not have gone down since my last weigh-in. But we will see tomorrow!

Friday's Menu!
Breakfast: Banana and half a Cinnabon
Lunch: Lettuce, edamame, onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and ranch
Dinner: BBQ ranch burger and split a large fry
Snacks: Pub mix and kettle chips w/ dip

I ate about 1,800 calories yesterday


Exercise:
None, no time

Today's Menu!

Breakfast: Jimmy Dean pancake wrapped sausage on a still (230 calories)
Lunch: Yakisoba noodles and veggies (240 calories)
Dinner: 1/2 medium sausage and cheese pizza
Snacks: 3 twizzlers, rice cakes, and 1 beer
Drinks: Coffee, Diet Coke, and lots of water
Ended the day w/ 1226 and 304 calories left over!


Exercise:
20 minute run on the treadmill burned 206 calories!

Exercise:
took a slow walk for 15 minutes


I am waiting to use the restroom so I can get ready and do my weigh in, but I sincerely doubt I will have lost anything since I feel super bloated and heavy from my Aunt. I won't be discouraged though, next weekend should be more of an accurate statement.
