I weigh every morning, I tried to break the habit, but I've come to terms with it. I feel better when I know what's going on on a daily basis, and it's helped me expect the fluctuations of weight with my cycle, etc.

BUT I only 'count' once a week when I weight in on Monday mornings. That's what I consider my weigh-in day and when I update MFP.

Please forgive the slight tangent.

I just received a fitbit as a b-day gift. The official app requires an iPod 5th gen and I have a 4th. Is MyFitnessPal a good app for managing fitbit data? I expect the interface through my PC as well.

Thanks for any insight.

I just got the FitBit Zip last Sunday and I am using MyFitnessPal with no issues.

Also, if you shop at Walgreens, sync your FitBit with their Walking program and you will earn rewards.

Do most of you meet your MFP sodium intake? Today I had 1,437 left and wondering how I could get more sodium. My doctor and the nurse at work know because I sometimes crave salt and just have plain salt. My blood pressure is very low but doesn't bother me. My doctor does want me to add electrolyte powder to my water but I often forget. thanks

I figure out how to add people to MFP but can't figure out how to add you with your username name to Fitbit.

I usually have no trouble in the sodium area due to I normally eat a frozen meal at lunch. They have a lot of sodium as does ham, olives, and most processed meats.
