WDW Multi-allergy & autism dining reviews: February 2014

It'll probably take me a while to get these all written up but I figure it's time to get started. I'll try to include notes about things that are relevant to my 16yo DD who has Asperger Syndrome as well as about all of our multitude of allergies.

Each restaurant's review will start the same (copy/paste) because I've gotten into the habit lately of putting links to specific restaurant reviews in responses to people's questions and this way the list of allergies will be there even when only linking to one post in the thread.

We were at WDW February 21, 2014 through March 2, 2014. We at WAY too much but boy did we eat well.

We’re a fun group to dine with. Three of the four of us has lists of allergies plus DD16 is autistic so dining is always a challenge. I’ll try to explain my thoughts from both an autism perspective (DD16 is very high functioning) as well as an allergy perspective. Our allergies are as follows.
Me: gluten, milk, sesame, hazelnut, pork, peanuts (minor - cross contamination not a concern)
DD16: gluten, milk, eggs, citrus (citric acid is ok), yeast, msg, peanuts (minor - cross contamination not a concern), star anise
DD13: gluten, milk, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, sesame, hops, peanuts (minor - cross contamination not a concern), blueberry, cranberry, raw carrots, raw peaches, raw fruit skins besides grapes, citrus (citric acid is ok), lima beans, soy products other than Tofutti and Follow Your Heart (soy’s not the problem but we haven’t identified what ingredient in Silk and other soy products cause Oral Allergy Syndrome)

I'll update this first post indicating which post number contains the review for which restaurant, kind of like a table of contents. During our trip we ate at the following restaurants.

Be Our Guest - supper - post #19
Boma - supper - post #2
Boma - breakfast (twice) - post #12
California Grill - supper (adults only) - post #10
Flame Tree BBQ - lunch - post #3
Grand Floridian Cafe - lunch - post #7
Jiko - supper - post #5
The Mara - supper (several times) - post #20
Tusker House - lunch
