Preferred rooms @ ASMo???

Ok, quick questions are ALL the rooms in Toy Story, Fantasia and Dalmatians preferred? In other words, if I dont book preferred, will I definitely be in the Love Bug or Mighty Ducks?

I dont care about location, and I dont want to pay a higher rate -- but theme wise I prefer some of the others as opposed to to Love Bug & Mighty Ducks....

Can anybody clarify?

Thanks!

According to the All Star Movies FAQ thread's first page, it's just the Love Bug and Mighty Ducks that are standard.

When staying at an All-Star, I tend to book based on the theme I want. So, I book standard at Sports (we like baseball) and preferred at Movies and Music (I like the Fantasia and Jazz sections).
This is different than Pop where there is a mix of standard and preferred in some of the buildings.

Love Bug and Mighty Ducks are the only standard buildings. The rooms all look the same inside.

Ok thanks. I was hoping it was like SmallWorld said, with a mix of standard and preferred in some of the buildings...

You got your answer from the other posters. Just want to say though...last year we stayed at Movies and asked to upgrade to a preferred and there were rooms available, so we were able to, free of charge. So...keep that in mind when checking in, doesn't hurt to ask.

I've stayed at ASMo twice and never opted for a preferred room. Both visits we were in 101 Dalmations.

In August of last year at Movies, I had a room in Mighty Duck that was literally 3 minutes for the AS MUSIC food court and buses. It was like having the best of the best in preferred rooms. Like PPer, I almost always stay in values, but I do not get a preferred room unless standard rooms are unavailable.

We booked a standard room and were put on the top floor of the Love Bug section. We didn't think the walk was bad at all, and our building was QUIET. We seldom ever saw other guests and when we did, it was on the ground in front of our building, never passing our room.
