Did a B2B in Oct 2012 aboard the Fantasy ... Western followed by the Eastern Caribbean ... same cabin. Wanted to do the Eastern on our Anniversary but it fell on the Western so ... It was great though as we love longer cruises ...

If you have a B2B cruise, to you have to disembark/embark? That would be a hassle.

If the turn around day is in a US port, typically you will have to disembark for a short time.

In a foreign port, you may or may not be required to disembark.

No hassle. They keep the luggage and we were back onboard in an about an hour.
