We have sailed the Wonder 3 times and the Magic 5 times. I love them both. You will not be disappointed.
We are doing our first Fantasy cruise in 2 weeks and I am a little apprehensive that I won't enjoy the bigger ship they way I do the classics. But I will let you know.

As far as seasickness goes, I suffer from it pretty bad.
My fix works great for me. Maybe you can give it a try.
I start taking one Bonine table the night before we sail and one every night during the cruise. No more issues. Plus I sleep very well!

Your boys will love a Disney cruise, and you guys will be hooked!

OP, we chose the Wonder purposefully for our first cruise. I can't imagine not sailing on a classic the first time around but I'm weird and old school. There's plenty of time for the Fantasy. I wanted the Wonder before they change it.

Having sailed on the Wonder on Feb '13 and the re-imagined Magic this past December, I can't see what's the fuzz about 'classic' vs 'modern' (I also sailed the Dream in August '12).

The elder ships (as my DS13 calls them) are smaller and cozy. But each ship has their own personality and pros/cons.

This will be our 3rd trip using DVC points, the other two were Members Cruises...smjj
Oh my goodness, that is the same one we booked! Really looking forward to it! We've also sailed on the 2012 and 2013 DVC members cruises. They were so much fun.

I LOVE the Wonder. She is my favorite ship. We just sailed on the Magic and IMO even after Drydock, the Wonder is in better condition than the Magic.
