This was part that was below our expectations. - The room was small and the balcony which could have visually expanded the room had a chest level closed wall and a low over hanging roof. - The included food and drinks are kept in a room that is closed off with metal screen doors mid morning, mid afternoon, late evening until 7 AM. If you could catch one of the staff they would get you a drink from the kitchen, but we could not always find staff. The was especially irksome early mornings. - The seating for the lounge are tables and chairs around the balcony overlooking the lobby, pretty view but not comfortable for relaxing. The chairs are hard and the whole areas is also a walkway from the rooms to the lounge. - The lounge food and drink was adequate, not terrible, but not outstanding. - and one more small but annoying thing: no bathroom on the lounge floor. We early risers like to go to the lounge and drink coffee and leave the room (and bathroom) for the others to get dressed. We have stayed on the club level at other Disney resorts, not every one, but of the ones we have stayed at this was the least enjoyable.
I'm glad you liked the WL, but sorry you didn't enjoy CL. I have stayed 3 CLs (WL CL, GF RPC, & GF SL), and while RPC is my favorite, WL CL runs a close second for me. With that said, not every resort and/or CL suits everyone, so it's great that Disney has so many choices .

Ya we leave tomorrow. From NY with a storm approaching. We have jetblue direct from syr to Mco so hopefully OK

We have stayed at WL CL twice. We enjoyed the lounge and offerings, but the rooms are definitely lacking. On our last stay at WL we stayed in a Courtyard view(no CL). I think I enjoyed it more than the CL. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view. I think for the price compared to the other MK resorts WL is a great resort. Money being no option I would always choose the Poly CL.

We find WL CL one of the most relaxing places on property. The food and drink offerings are more than enough and all delicious. It is especially relaxing early morning enjoying the peacefulness of the majestic lobby.

Sounds like it's not for you. We can't wait to return!

Hi! You appear to have stayed WL CL a few times... we are looking to do our first stay there this July - we are doing our third Poly CL in a few weeks and are used to staying there so I am a bit nervous about venturing out to a new experience... but excited as well! Could you tell me what the early mornings are like at the WL? I am an early riser and DD3 and DH will sleep for a couple extra hours... I love having a cup of coffee and relaxing during that time (prepping for the insanity of the day!) - where might be a good place for this? Is the lounge open for coffee early?

I can't remember if they brought the other family members into the lounge or if they told me they were taking food/drinks back to their room for them. I was surprised to see that. I guess if the CMs don't know - there's nothing they can do. Just wondering if the CMs monitor or watch for this kind of thing.

I have seen people post that some of the club CMs told them to invite friends/family in when asked, but I think that's really more being cordial than any real policy.
We have had guests in CL lounges with the full knowledge and permission of the CL staff. We have also been guests in CL lounges, again with the full knowledge of the staff. The CL staff does monitor this as far as someone sneaking in without being an invited guest. While they can't know every guest they have a good idea of who is supposed to be there and who is not.

Does anyone know if any of the club levels offer hard boiled eggs for breakfast? Due to medical reason we need done type of protein in the mornings and quinoa doesn't count since it is full of carbs. I thought that I saw that one or two did in reviews but do not remember which.

Thanks

I would contact IPO and make them aware of the medical need. Disney is very accommodating and I'm sure they can make some arrangements to have hard boiled eggs for you if the club you choose doesn't normally have them .

YC/BC and BWI have hard boiled eggs in the morning. The GF has assorted meats and cheeses but I don't recall any eggs.

Only the Epcot resorts offer hard-boiled eggs at breakfast and only AKL has quinoa, which wouldn't work for you so I'm assuming oatmeal wouldn't either? The only other protein would be peanut butter, yogurt, milk and cereal, which is offered at all CLs at breakfast.

Hi all -

I have CR booked for August with a theme park view and I'm *strongly* considering bumping up to CL. For those of you who have done it - is it worth it? It sounds pretty amazing to me, but I'm a CL newbie and would appreciate your advice/opinions.

Thanks!!

We were just at AKL club level and asked two different people at the desk and both said no. I did let them know the reason but it seemed they could care less
