Tambu/Lapu Lapu

My daughter will be going to the Neverland Kids Club one night and the plan was that my husband and I were going to Kona Cafe for dinner and drinks.

Then I realized that we'd have QS credits left over, so we were thinking about grabbing something from Captain Cook's and going to Tambu Lounge (never had a Lapu Lapu and am making it a goal this trip) Is that something that can be done? Will they let you take food from one area and into another? Not too familiar with the Poly. If not we'll just order off the lounge menu and save the credits for another meal but was curious.

Order from Captain Cooks and then go to the pool bar. Order a Captains mai tai. It's the same as a lapu lapu just no pineapple.
There is seating all around that area.
Tambu is a bar/lounge with not a lot of seating. Chances are you wouldn't have a place to sit to eat

I agree with the last poster and I've also gotten a Lapu Lapu at the pool bar, but I think they may sell out of pineapples quickly as they aren't always available.

They don't have pineapples at the pool bar. If you order a lapu lapu, they give you a captains mai tai. It's the same drink
