Yes, I'm fairly certainly it was only a moment ago.

Especially because the few blisters that looked like they had formed from the TOT subsided, and NOW have started peeling off. Which is bizarre. Or at least I think it's weird. I put arnica cream on my toes that night at the party, which I think helped them stop being blistery, but seems I harmed the skin after all. That heat won the battle of heat versus wicking socks and the bodyglide! So anyway, I'm only now dealing with the aftermath of the blisters from that night, so surely it was only last week.

Well cross training is a good idea, yes? So it must be a good thing! And... I don't think I took my miles above 11 prior to the phm last year and I did fine...so I would think even if you never get those miles up more than 10 you shouldn't die on race day.
That's good to know.

Speaking of the dropping temps... with how sunny it has been, hasn't it been crazy cold??? I ran yesterday and had to avoid icey patches. Add in that daylight hours are less... we all need to try and stay safe out there!!!
Since the kiddo has been sick we haven't really gone out. When I don't go out I avoid looking outside. So I hadn't really been aware of the cold until he got better and we ventured out, and wow what a surprise!

I have to tell you though... you are quite the inspiration. It seems like you never just quit.
I agree with Ann completely!!!!!
