Refillable Mug Question

I've seen a lot of posts on the DCL threads re. utilizing the provided cups to fill your personal mugs instead of filling directly....for sanitary reasons. At a recent stay at All-Star I still notice folks refilling directly with nary a care. Is there not a similar policy on Disney land as on the Disney seas?

Only where refills had to be provided by CMs for the guests, like at the BW Bakery, and they had to take the mug behind the counter (where cross contamination might occur). Now with the refill stations, you must have a chipped mug and set it on the grate to fill. You can't hold it to fill it.
