I got a 11:10 am is that a good time? Also it's not showing up on MDE? I booked via the link in post # 1 is that the right way to do it?

You will not see it in the MDE yes you did it correct enjoy

It doesn't long to MB they will have your name at check in do a screen shot of your reservation from the link.. Me I'm doing a late one 2 pm sort of like a light dinner..

Ugh. I'm not at my 60 days yet, so I can't get my numeric reservation number until then and have just been watching this thread and waiting. But this makes me paranoid to even try to get a reservation, I'm not sure it's worth it.

This is a bit OT, but I was playing with the app this morning. My tickets appear, but my room reservation does not. When I try to add it manually it says that it is already linked (I don't have any dining reservations). Any ideas why/how to fix this?

Does anyone know how to get my reservation number with all numbers? I saw it someplace but now I can't find it?

go into "My Reservations" on MDE. Hover your mouse (don't click on) over the make a payment link. On the little bar on you computer down the bottom will be a url - the 12 digit # toward the end is your reservation # with no letters.

I have mine but BOG site says my res # and name don't match . Trying periodically but hoping it just means I have to wait until 60 days out. Can't seem to find any fix for this.

Thank you!! I did get in but there are no fast passes available for the three days that I checked. Bummer!

I am super excited... I just ordered our food as well... Fun fun...so do we just check in and sit down? Then our food comes to us? Do we still get a rosé so they know where we are sitting? Also we have the dinning plan how does that work with the fast pass for BOG?

Would you let us know the outcome with technical support? I'm not sure I understand how booking the BOG FP could mess up your MDE password, but it sounds scary.

I did online checkin this morning and wrote down the 12 digit reservation number that I saw in the URL when I hovered over....


But when I log into the BOG website, I get the error "Thank you for participating. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter this message, you can seek further assistance at the Lobby Concierge desk at your Walt Disney World resort or upon arrival at the Be Our Guest restaurant."

So I tried using another WDW account email and password that I have that was NOT used to make our reservations, put in the same reservation number, and it works!

So weird how it won't work using the MDE email address and password.

Absolutely no help what so ever. She could still see everything but I cant on this end on anything but my phone because I am still logged in on my iphone, but I cant get in on the ipad or the laptop when I log in. She told me that it may be down for the ipad. WTH? I just gave up and I will call back.

What she did was reset my account so I will have to go back in and relink everything, but when I tried it said that my reservation number was already linked. DUH! I wish I had never tried to do this today!!

******** UPDATE********

You wont even believe this! I called back and spoke to someone else who pulled up and saw that I had several email addresses linked to me. Most were my kids for Disney games from way back I guess, but I had two accounts in my name. Somehow, it knocked my reservation over to my OLD account!! When I logged into it I could see everything. I logged out of my phone under my latest account (4 years old) and logged into my OLD account and everything was there. She couldn't explain it, she just said it was weird that it had happened. I'm just happy I can see my reservations again!

I told her what I was trying to do and she said that I had to have a personal invitation for it. Oh well!! There was nothing for my days anyway!

to try with her MDE account? She is on the ressie. I don't have another account myself.
