Congrats! I love POR, but my dream for my retirement ( in 12 more years) is to stay at the BWI for a week.

I grew up, and continue to live, in DE, and I love the turn of the century period, and we spent many wonderful hours at the shore when I was a kid, so it really reminds me of that!

Have a wonderful trip!

Thank you!! We live @ the Jersey Shore, & we've never stayed @ Boardwalk! I think since going thru Hurricane Sandy & now the huge fire @ one of our Boardwalks, I'm going to appreciate it more!!

Kerry-I was actually going to msg you! Thanks for all of your help & suggestions w. The BWI. I was near crying on the phone! I don't even know where the 2 Bdrm Suite is, but I don't think I even care-lol!! She did tell me it was in the main bldg. She said they're renovating those Garden Cottages for 2 ppl, which I think they should. They are beautiful though! XO

I believe the suite is very near the lounge. The lounge has a little foyer area with the lovely table and flower arrangements and then just across the hall is the suite. Someone on here posted a video when they had a surprise upgrade too. So lovely. Have a wonderful trip. I think you might be spoiled forever!

Are they moving you to the two-bedroom villas on the DVC side? Wherever it is...fantastic! Congrats.

We just received the same upgrade....very cool!!! It's because we had 3 people on the reservation and they're taking out the sleeper sofas in the Garden Suites. My daughter used to work at the Boardwalk and said that all the 2-bedroom suites have a boardwalk view. Also, don't confuse the 2-bedroom with the Senora Suite, not the same thing.

Not all the 2 bedroom suites have a BW view. I know of one that is a garden view. It is nice and quiet and you will view the fireworks from Illuminations. Either way you will have a fantastic time. I am so happy for you.

Congratulations to both of you lucky people! The BWI is fabulous and has, imo, the best club level staff at WDW. Anita-hope she's still there- is wonderful!!!!
