AofA or POR

Hi, Planning a trip for next Sept and hoping for free dinning. We will be a party of 5, with 3 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 6. Going back and forth between Art of Animation and Port Orleans Riverside. If there was free dinning we would get a table service every night at Riverside. However I think the children would like A of A more your thoughts

I would go for POR. I am also assuming that if there is free Dining and you go for AoA then you will need to pay to upgrade to the Regular Dining Plan. By the time you do this it may be cheaper to stay at POR. I personally prefer the Moderate resorts and I really like POR.

Are you thinking of staying in a suite or one of the little mermaid rooms at AofA? I loved the little mermaid rooms, and haven't stayed in one of the suites yet, but would love to stay at one. I ask because you may be more comfortable in one of the suites. The resort is very nice, right out of the movies. I have also stayed at POR and personally I would go with AofA, even though its considered a value. But you could have a great trip with either. If you really want the sitdown meal (ts) then go with POR. You can also upgrade from the qs offered at AoA to the reg. dinning if you pay the difference. I'd price it out to see how much the difference is, to really compare apples. Best of luck.
