Switching from Pop to Dolphin?

Considering splitting our December stay...since the Dolphin isn't a Disney-owned resort, I'm not sure how we would get from one place to the other. Any idea how much a taxi would cost between the two resorts? I'm guessing that's our main option. Thanks for any and all ideas!

The Swan & Dolphin resorts use Disney transportation. So once you're at the resort, you'll still be able to use the Disney buses and water launch to Epcot and DHS. The Swan & Dolphin share buses (and boats) with the Boardwalk, Yacht, and Beach Club.

As for getting from Pop to the Dolphin, you can take a bus to TTC (or any theme park), then a bus to the Swan & Dolphin.

Bell services at the Pop should be able to transfer your luggage over to the Dolphin at no cost (but you should probably tip them). After leaving your bags with bell services, just head to one of the parks that morning and have fun.

Later in the day take the bus from the park to the Dolphin and check in. Check with Dolphin bell services to see if your bags arrived yet. Your bags may not get there until late afternoon.

Thanks! I knew I could physically get from one to the other, but getting our luggage there would be a different thing. I wasn't sure that bell services would get our things to the Dolphin since it wasn't Disney owned. We've never stayed at a non-Disney resort...but this is a trip full of firsts for us, so what's one more??

We're also thinking of staying at the Dolphin, and I read on their resort thread here that they will also transfer luggage at no cost to any Disney resort, so I think that goes both ways But keep in mind they don't have free transportation to/from the airport, and it's $70+ each way for a family of four, and more $$ if you have more than 4.
