We ate at Remy a little over a week ago on the Dream and it took about 2.5 hours. The pacing was really nice and it didn't feel like we were there for a long time at all! It's true what many here say -- it's not just a meal but an experience.

Took us 2.5 hrs too but we didn't linger over coffee. YMMV.

I have been to Remy 6-7 times and it has been between 2.5 - 4+ hours depending more on us than the service teams. They will not rush the pace but they will not stall you either. They do a great job of reading your pace. At least 4 of those times was with the same lead waiter so he knows us now and what we prefer. You can always talk to them about your desired time line and they will pace accordingly.

FWIW when I first read about Remy I thought "not me , now way, never". I first experienced Remy on the second sailing of the Dream in 2011 and as the saying goes, never say never, I keep going back for more.

We were in Remy close to four hours. BEST. MEAL. EVER.

The chef came out and talked to us and his limited English and our non-existent French probably added more than a couple of minutes to the meal. He was so nice and we were genuinely interested in some of the dishes. Incredible!
