I don't eat onions-they squelch when you bite into them
I don't eat raisins-they look like dried up bugs
Can we say food issues?

We are going to have CS leftover as well.

Either the night before we leave I'll hit up EoS for sandwiches (leaving early), or we're going to order extra mickey waffles and bag them up and take them, with some jelly packets for a snack mid flight.

Remember you would need to put jelly packets in your inflight baggie or they might get confiscated by TSA.

That's the first I've heard of them doing this again. Let's hope it's a trend. Just goes to show it never hurts to ask.

We brought home 6 Krispie Mickeys in 2011 for 2 CS, but they didn't allow it in 2012.

This has always been our experience as well. We go every year in Sept. and always have leftover CS meals, we have never not been able to do the 1 QS for 3 snack exchange (done this at Contemp., Pop food court and ASMo food court). Last year, the CM's at the Contemp. would ask me almost every time we got anything that wasn't a meal there if we wanted to use snack credits or 1 QS meal for the snacks that we had.

I've read for a few years on the dis that Disney has stopped doing this, but we've never had that experience and plan on exchanging QS meals for 3 snacks at our resort for our upcoming trip in 2 weeks. Good luck!

We always end up with credits left over and i hate to waste them, definately a good idea getting food for the trip home and I may have to visit some of the above places to see if we can convert, even if its 1 for 1 i wont complain!

Is there an area at the airport (MCO) that let's you use your dining plan? Like by the magical express counter? Or did I read it wrong? That would be great bc we could use our last credits there. If there is what type of food do they have?

No. Nowhere to use credits at the airport.

A lot of the time if you speak with a manager they are more than happy to do a 1 qs to 3 snacks. I have never had a problem, but if I did I would just keep asking. They tend to like to do it on your last day there.

Nope you defiantly read that wrong, there has never been any place to use your credits at the airport!

Many people do use up there credits buying a pre packed sandwich and drink from a QS place like Earl of sandwich to use at the airport though
